Emily Feliciano-Crichton is the sole proprietor of the Black Cat Café located at 45 Main Street in Irvington, NY. An inspired cook within an international network of family and friends who have been cooking all their lives sharing recipes and techniques. She is a resident of the village of Irvington and is a passionate gardener of organic herbs and heirloom vegetables with a philosophy about eating whole foods and having a healthy relationship to what we place into our bodies including variety.  Emily also has over 20 years experience in various corporate roles including large group travel director, meeting manager and marketer in both publishing and financial markets.

With the love and support of family and friends, Black Cat Café officially opened its doors December 1, 2007 and is dedicated to serving specialty beverages, breakfast, sandwiches, soups and salads in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Black Cat is devoted to organic, local agriculture and is dedicated to supporting local, family run businesses. Black Cat’s menu is designed with an emphasis on proprietary cuisine using the freshest ingredients and utilizing local vendors and farmers whenever possible and will soon be resuming its take-home cuisine. Black Cat’s signature desserts are guaranteed to add scrumptious essence to your everyday. Gift certificates are available and catering services are now available.

Black Cat Cafe offers the best coffees from around the world, roasted locally by Coffee Labs Roasters (R) of Tarrytown and served at its freshest. Coffee Beans are never canned and are Fair Trade Certified, Rainforest Alliance & Bird Friendly Certified.

The café also offers an eclectic and select rotating line of gift merchandise and original works of art from our local art community.
